Planning and Design Services

All account managers and upper management have extensive experience with AutoCAD, a computer program that is used as a tool to help place furniture to scale in potential spaces increasing accuracy in layouts. The resulting drawings provide various furniture layout options and 3D pictures for client review. Our knowledge and experience can provide assistance in fabric and finish selections and help ensure the space is flexible, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Ordering and Project Management
Once a design is approved, the furniture symbols utilized in AutoCAD are cross-referenced into our Hedberg pricing system increasing the accuracy of ordering and specifying. We then provide a detailed quote listing all items that will be ordered as well as the project total. The order is placed with the vendor(s) and all acknowledgments are checked to insure all items are processed correctly. We follow your order through the system and watch for any discrepancies as well as coordinate lead-times to achieve desired delivery dates. We will send periodic updates to keep you informed of your order progress. Unless direct ship is requested, product is received in our warehouse in order to be inspected. Furniture can be stored if necessary to accommodate any unforeseen delays.
Our installation crew meets and unloads all trucks and a project manager is on-site during unloading and installation. Our crew works quickly and professionally to complete your installation within any time constraints. The primary responsibilities of our installers include responding to customer needs, installing furniture, and facilitating warranty repairs. Upon completion, the project manager will walk through with you to make sure all items are satisfactory. Any freight claims or issues that arise are handled through our office.
